Why cliix exists

IT shouldn't be complicated

Too many businesses end up spending time on systems, support and problems they never wanted to think about in the first place.

cliix exists to make that simpler: fewer handovers, clearer answers, sensible solutions — and IT that quietly does its job.

The cliix way

Keep it working

A quick fix is fine. A proper fix is better. I’d rather solve the cause than see the same problem again next week.

Keep it simple

No unnecessary tools, subscriptions or complexity. If the straightforward solution works properly, that’s the solution.

Keep track of it

Important changes get documented. Nobody should have to reverse-engineer their own IT six months later.

Say what matters

Clear answers, useful context and no jargon just for the sake of sounding technical.

One person. No handoffs.

You tell me what’s wrong. I stay with it until it isn’t.

No black box.

If I changed it, I know what changed, why, and where it’s documented.

Simple when simple works.

I’m not here to sell you more IT. If the simple solution works, that’s the solution.

IT that stays out of your way.

Most businesses don’t need more technology. They need the technology they already rely on to be reliable, understandable and looked after properly.

That’s what cliix is here for: sort the annoying stuff, keep the important stuff organised, and stop IT from becoming another job on your list.

No grand transformation programme unless there’s actually a reason for one — or that’s exactly what you want. No complexity for the sake of it. No shiny new thing just because somebody had a sales target.

Just IT that does what it’s supposed to do.

Useful over impressive

If it solves the problem properly, it doesn’t need to look clever.

Clear over clever

You should understand the answer without needing an IT dictionary.

Reliable over shiny

New isn’t automatically better. Working is better.

Documented over remembered

Important changes shouldn’t live in somebody’s head.

Right-sized, not limited

A five-person company probably doesn’t need enterprise infrastructure. That doesn’t mean I can’t handle it.

Already have IT? Fine.

Most bigger companies do. If your team hits something weird, cross-system or stubborn enough to deserve another pair of eyes, send it over.

The cliix team

Yep. Just me.

When you write, call or hand over a problem, you get the same person who looks at it, works on it, keeps track of it and stays responsible for getting it sorted.

No account manager. No sales handoff. No “I’ll forward this to the right department.”

You made it this far.

Might as well hand me the problem.

Broken, annoying, overdue or just vaguely suspicious — send it over. You don’t need to diagnose it first.
